- Designed and delivered programs for geographically dispersed teams (from Dubai, UK, APAC) to help them build a team operating agreements to facilitate their work processes and procedures
- Lead the implementation of new training module of Sucess Factors, the new HCM for an IT client, to over 1000 users across Australia, managers and employees
- Designed and delivered a new Performance Management training for a global luxury brand across Europe, APAC, and the US to improve performance conversations and goal setting. The program was delivered over 6 months to 1000 managers and employees.
- Designed and facilitated Diversity and Inclusion workshops. The objective was to improve and facilitate employee inclusion as a means to boost morale and performance.
