  • I design Learning environments that engage and energise individuals by tapping into their desire to learn and improve. I do this by facilitating conversations between managers and employees and help both keep track of their outcomes 
  • I identify untapped learning needs and seek to assist by sourcing appropriate learning providers
  • I track and measure outcomes to ensure that employees and managers are receiving value and that the learning is fulfilling individual development needs 
  • I act as Business Partner, communicating and advising management teams about the strategic viability of learning and development as a means to reach longer-term outcomes
